Meet the team!
Mrs. Loiselle
Welcome to the Panda Room! My name is Patty Loiselle and I am excited to be your child’s teacher this year!
I have been an elementary teacher for 17 years, 15 of those years in Brighton. I taught first grade for 11 years and kindergarten for 6 years. I love teaching young children to help them develop a love for school and learning.

I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Child Development and Elementary Education from Michigan State University and my Master’s degree in Reading from Western Michigan University.
In addition to being a teacher, I am a Mom to a daughter named Anna (who is going into First Grade this year) and a son named Nick (who will be in a Junior Kindergarten). I have a wonderful husband named Sean and a crazy puppy named Coco. In our spare time, we love going on vacations, hanging out at the beach and playing at the parks.

Mrs. Spencer
My name is Nicole Spencer and I have been teaching elementary aged children for 15 years, 12 of which have been for Brighton Area Schools! I have taught kindergarten, first grade and was most recently the school library media specialist for JK-4 students at Hawkins Elementary.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Alma College and a Master's Degree in Library and Information Science from Wayne State University.

I live in Beverly Hills with my husband Christian, our four year old son Grant and two cats. In our free time we love sailing, swimming, and vacationing up north. We also LOVE reading and frequently visit our local library.
